Karmazio | Returns Policy
At Karmazio, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return process for eligible items. Please read our return policy below to understand the details of returning products.
Eligibility for Returns:
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when you received it.
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are not eligible for returns, including:
- Personalized or customized items
- Undergarments and swimwear
- Items marked as final sale
Return Process: To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team at athlete@karmazio.com to request a return authorization.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all tags and labels.
- Include a copy of the original invoice or order confirmation.
- Ship the item to the address provided by our customer support team.
Return Shipping Costs:
- If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item received or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
- If the return is not due to our error, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Exchanges: At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team within 14 days of receiving the order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
International Returns: Customers outside of UAE & Egypt are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees associated with returning items.
